We will gladly accept packages. Details below:

  • Packages will be accepted by Park Lane New York up to 5 days prior to a reservation.
  • There is a package handling fee of $10 per package per stay. Each package cannot exceed 10 pounds.
  • The name on the package(s) must match the name of the registered guests to be accepted and delivered. Otherwise, it will be returned to sender. No exceptions.
  • If a package arrives for a registered guest who has checked out of the hotel, the package will be returned to sender the next day. No exceptions.
  • For bigger shipments or group package rates, please contact the hotel directly. The packages will be stored in our mailroom and can be picked up upon arrival on a case-by-case basis.

    • 26 lbs. and above $50.00

Our hotel does not offer an on-site spa however, there are spa options within immediate walking distance of the hotel, and we would be delighted to assist with an appointment, simply ask our Concierge about spa options and appointments. Reach our Concierge via email at [email protected]

Yes, for occasions and celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries, engagements, and birthdays our Concierge can arrange to have something special for them upon arrival. Please contact [email protected].

Dining

Park Lane offers three dining options on site: Darling rooftop lounge, Rose Lane, and Calvert’s.

Darling rooftop lounge is open evenings Tuesday–Thursday from 5pm–12am and Friday–Saturday from 5pm–1am as well as daily for breakfast (for hotel guests only). 

Rose Lane is open daily for breakfast from 6:00am–11:30am, lunch from 12pm–5:30pm, for evening bites from 5:30pm–11:30pm, and cocktails and bar from 12pm–12am. 

Calvert’s is open daily for breakfast from 6:00am–11:30am and dinner from 5:00pm–12:00am.

Pets

Yes, Park Lane New York is a pet-friendly hotel. In accordance with Park Lane New York’s standard pet policy, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A one-time, non-refundable pet hosting fee of $250 per stay will be charged to the guest folio upon check-in. Additionally, guests will be held liable for any physical damage caused by their pet, whether in guestrooms or in public areas of our hotel.

Please note:

  • Your pet must be under 40lbs and we do not accept cats.
  • You will be required to sign a “pet waiver” form on arrival.
  • You are prohibited from allowing your pets to loiter in the hotel’s public areas. This includes the areas where food is prepared or consumed and the fitness center.
  • You must always keep your pet leashed when your pet is outside of the guestroom.
  • You are never to leave your pet unattended.
  • You must be present to receive housekeeping service and your pet must be on a leash during these times.
  • If your pet is left unattended housekeeping service will not be provided.
  • You agree that should your pet be the cause of any guest complaints, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional $500 disturbance fee per occurrence. Before such fee is applied, the hotel will contact you, either in room or at the cell phone provided in the pet waiver.

Reservations

Guests of Park Lane New York may change or cancel their reservations 72 hours prior to arrival. Should a guest cancel after the 72-hour period prior to arrival, a one-night cancellation or no-show fee shall be applied.

Yes, the fees of $49 is mandatory and includes the following:

  • Secure High-Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) for up to 6 devices
  • All local, long-distance, and international phone calls
  • STAYCAST streaming for personalized entertainment in each guestroom
  • Unlimited access to digital news and magazines via PressReader
  • Unlimited use of our 24/7 access Fitness Center with Peloton bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and Lululemon MIRROR
  • Unlimited use of business center terminals located at our Concierge desk
  • Luggage Storage until 11:00 p.m.
  • Two complimentary bottles of refillable water in room, and access to refill stations on the 46th floor, 5th floor, 2nd floor, Rose Lane Lobby Level, and C Level

While Park Lane New York offers cribs on a complimentary basis as available, the hotel does not offer rollaway beds. Please book the appropriate room type(s) that will accommodate your party.

Park Lane New York is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Any violation will be subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee per night. If found in violation during a guest stay, Park Lane New York reserves the right to ask a guest to depart the hotel room without a refund. Park Lane New York reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms after 24 hours of refusal of service to ensure the well-being of the guest and the condition of the room.

Hotel check-in age is 21 years and older.

A government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in for all reservations.

Hotel check-in is 4pm, while check-out time is at 11am.

Transportation

We do not offer complimentary shuttle services. Our Concierge can arrange a Town Car to take you from Park Lane New York to JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark Airport, Teterboro or any other private airfield.

We can arrange for you to be picked up from JFK Airport and brought to Park Lane New York. The ‘Airport Pick-up’ option is offered at a premium rate because the driver parks the car and will greet you with a name sign upon your arrival. There are several NYC Subway options including the following:

  • “N, Q and R” on 59th Street and 5th Avenue
  • “F” train on 57th Street and 6th Avenue
  • “A, C, 1, B and D” at Columbus Circle on 59th Street and 8th Avenue

We are in close proximity to three major New York/New Jersey airports, including John F. Kennedy (JFK), LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark (EWR) airports in addition to more intimate airfields such as Teterboro (TEB).

Yes, we offer valet parking, the rate is $67 for standard vehicles per night and $77 for oversize vehicles. However, it does not include in and out privileges nor self-parking options. Valet parking is located at our 58th Street entrance.

Park Lane New York’s wellness and fitness center is located on the 5th floor and offers 24/7 access via guest room key. Our offerings include Peloton bikes, treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights, and Lululemon MIRROR.
